I tried a new recipe I found on allrecipes.com. (Love that site! Love how you can put in any ingredient and fid a zillion recipes.)
Lime Chicken with Cilantro Cream Sauce and Roasted Zucchini
Several of the reviews added avacado on top. We did too. It was a great idea.
My Little Sojourners were not crazy about the lime chicken but they liked the cilantro cream sauce on the noodles.
